Comprehensive Examination Guidelines, Terms of Participation & Legal Disclaimer

Binding Agreement

Registration for and participation in RNAIO constitutes an absolute, unconditional legal acceptance of these rules by the participant, their parents, and their legal guardians. All registration and administrative fees are strictly non-refundable.

SECTION 1:General Provisions & Scope

  • Binding Agreement

    Registration for and participation in the Ramasukh National AI Olympiad (RNAIO) constitutes an absolute, unconditional legal acceptance of these rules, guidelines, and terms by the participant, their parents, and their legal guardians.

  • Authority of the Foundation

    The Ramasukh Foundation of India (U.P.), Lucknow, retains the sole, unhindered authority to interpret, amend, modify, or enforce these rules at any stage without prior individual notice.

SECTION 2:Registration, Fees & Non-Refundability Policy

  • Accurate Information

    Participants must provide authentic personal, academic, and contact details during registration. Falsification of information will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of awards.

  • Strictly Non-Refundable Fees

    All registration fees, portal access charges, or administrative fees paid to the Foundation are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including voluntary withdrawal, technical disqualification, or absence from the examination.

SECTION 3:Mandatory Technical Requirements & User-End Liability Waiver

  • Participant Infrastructure Responsibility

    Every participant must arrange a compatible computer/laptop/mobile device, a fully functional webcam, an uninterrupted power supply, and a high-speed, stable internet connection.

  • Zero Liability for User Failures

    The Foundation bears zero legal or financial liability for disruptions, lagging, disconnections, power outages, browser crashes, or hardware malfunctions originating from the participant's side. No re-examinations, extra time, or compensatory attempts will be granted under any circumstances.

SECTION 4:AI Proctoring, Surveillance & Malpractice Protocols

  • Continuous Automated Monitoring

    All RNAIO examination sessions are monitored in real-time through automated AI Proctoring systems backed by manual human oversight.

Strictly Prohibited Malpractices

  • Tab/Window Switching

    Navigating away from the active test interface, opening secondary browser windows, or running background applications.

  • Unauthorized Material & Devices

    Keeping physical notes, textbooks, calculators, secondary smartphones, or smartwatches near the workspace.

  • Environmental Breaches

    Presence of other individuals in the room, unauthorized audio/voice inputs, or attempting to communicate with external parties.

  • Camera Obstruction

    Moving out of the webcam frame, obscuring the camera lens, or hiding facial features during the active test period.

SECTION 5:Disqualification Protocols & Finality of Decisions

  • Zero-Tolerance Policy

    Any proven or AI-detected instance of cheating, proxy writing, impersonation, or breach of proctoring rules gives the Foundation the unilateral right to instantly disqualify the participant without prior warning.

  • Finality of Administrative Rulings

    All decisions made by the RNAIO Examination Committee regarding disqualification, evaluation errors, or procedural anomalies are final, binding, and completely exempt from appeal, litigation, or external review.

SECTION 6:Force Majeure & Server Disruptions

  • Unforeseen Outages

    In the event of catastrophic server failures, massive cyber-attacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, upstream internet backbone failures, or government-mandated network blackouts, the Foundation reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or reschedule the examination.

  • Absence of Damages

    The Foundation shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages suffered by participants due to force majeure events or server downtime.

SECTION 7:Evaluation, Scoring & Tie-Breaker Hierarchies

  • Automated Grading Accuracy

    Scores are calculated exclusively by the backend algorithmic examination engine based on correct inputs registered within the strict time limits.

Tie-Breaker Hierarchy

  1. Higher accuracy and lower error rates on advanced-level AI problem-solving modules.
  2. Total net time taken to complete and submit the full assessment.
  3. If a tie persists, the Foundation reserves the final administrative prerogative to split the award or determine the winner through a verified secondary screening.

SECTION 8:Award Distribution, Verification & Statutory Compliance

  • Mandatory Documentation

    Disbursement of grand cash scholarships, high-value gadgets, and certificates is strictly contingent upon the successful physical or digital verification of student identification, institutional records, and parental consent affidavits. Any discrepancy will lead to immediate cancellation of the prize.

  • Tax Deductions (TDS)

    All high-value cash awards exceeding statutory exemption limits will be disbursed only after mandatory deductions of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) in strict compliance with Indian tax laws.

SECTION 9:Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • Cap on Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Ramasukh Foundation, its trustees, officers, and technical partners for any claim arising out of the RNAIO examination shall be strictly capped at the exact registration fee paid by the participant (maximum ₹500/-).

  • User Indemnity

    Participants, parents, and legal guardians agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Foundation against any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from misuse of portal credentials or violation of these rules.

SECTION 10:Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

  • Governing Law

    These rules and the conduct of the RNAIO examination shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

  • Exclusive Judicial Jurisdiction

    Any dispute, controversy, or legal claim arising out of or relating to the examination must be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Foundation in Lucknow. For all matters escaping arbitration, exclusive and special judicial jurisdiction shall rest solely and exclusively with the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
