Official Web Portal: www.ramasukhfoundation.com

Strictly Non-Refundable

The Foundation operates under a strict, unyielding, and absolute Non-Refundable Policy across all digital platforms, examination portals, educational competitions (including RNAIO), charitable initiatives, healthcare programs, cultural centers, and welfare services. Once a financial transaction is successfully processed, it is deemed fully final, irrevocable, and non-reimbursable under any and all conceivable circumstances.

SECTION 1:Preamble & Universal Non-Refundability Principle

  • Absolute Binding Policy

This Master Refund, Cancellation & Financial Governance Policy ("Policy") constitutes a strictly binding contractual agreement between you ("User," "Participant," "Student," "Parent," "Guardian," "Donor," or "Beneficiary") and the Ramasukh Foundation of India (U.P.), Lucknow ("Foundation," "we," "our," or "us").

  • Strict Non-Refundability

The Foundation operates under a strict, unyielding, and absolute Non-Refundable Policy across all digital platforms, examination portals, educational competitions (including the Ramasukh National AI Olympiad - RNAIO), charitable initiatives, healthcare programs, cultural centers, and welfare services.

  • Transaction Finality

Once a financial transaction, registration fee payment, portal access charge, administrative fee, or charitable contribution is successfully processed through our official website (www.ramasukhfoundation.com) or authorized payment gateways, it is deemed fully final, irrevocable, and non-reimbursable under any and all conceivable circumstances.

SECTION 2:Exclusions & Non-Refundability of Examination & Registration Fees

  • RNAIO and Educational Programs

All registration fees, administrative charges, testing portal access fees, or material costs paid for participating in the Ramasukh National AI Olympiad (RNAIO) or any academic workshops, seminars, or competitions are entirely non-refundable.

  • User-End Technical Failures

The Foundation bears zero financial liability and will issue no refunds for technical disruptions, disconnections, lagging, hardware malfunctions, browser crashes, or internet service provider (ISP) failures originating from the participant's end.

Zero Refunds for Disqualification, Malpractice, or Code Violations

Under no condition will refunds, partial reimbursements, or fee credits be issued if a registered participant:

  • Voluntarily decides to withdraw or opt out of an examination, competition, or educational program.
  • Is disqualified, penalized, or barred from testing due to a breach of AI-proctoring rules, malpractice, proxy writing, or code of conduct violations.
  • Fails to attend, log in, or complete the examination within the designated time frame due to personal emergencies, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, or oversights.

SECTION 3:Charitable Donations, Sponsorships & Irrevocable Gifts

  • Voluntary Nature of Contributions

All monetary contributions, sponsorship funds, or in-kind donations made to the Foundation are strictly voluntary charitable gifts intended to support our registered social, educational, medical, and welfare objectives (including old-age homes, orphanages, healthcare camps, Sasta Pure Ration distribution, and animal welfare).

  • Irrevocable Financial Status

Donations processed through our digital portal or offline channels cannot be canceled, reversed, charged back, or refunded under any circumstances once the digital or physical receipt has been generated.

SECTION 4:Foundation-Initiated Modifications, Rescheduling & Force Majeure Exclusions

  • Right to Reschedule or Alter Programs

In the event of unforeseen emergencies, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health crises, security threats, or severe Force Majeure events (as defined in our Master Terms), the Foundation reserves the absolute, unhindered right to postpone, reschedule, alter, or restructure examinations, events, or welfare programs.

  • Absence of Monetary Compensation

If a program, examination, or event is rescheduled or modified due to external emergencies or Force Majeure events, registered participants will be accommodated in subsequent batches or alternative operational schedules. No cash refunds, financial reimbursements, or monetary payouts will be provided under such circumstances.

SECTION 5:Strict Prohibition of Chargebacks & Unauthorized Financial Recourse

  • Waiver of Chargeback Rights

Users, parents, and legal guardians explicitly agree not to initiate fraudulent, unwarranted, or unauthorized chargebacks, payment disputes, or bank reversals through their credit card issuers, banks, or payment gateway providers for validly processed registration fees or donations.

  • Indemnification for Dispute Costs

If a user initiates an improper chargeback or bank dispute, they shall be held fully liable for all administrative fees, bank penalty charges, and legal expenses incurred by the Foundation in defending or contesting such disputes.

SECTION 6:Exception Protocol for Technical Duplicate Transactions

  • Erroneous Double Payments

In the rare and exceptional event of a verified technical glitch resulting in a duplicate debit or double payment for the exact same registration reference, the user must report the discrepancy in writing via email to legal@ramasukhfoundation.org within 48 hours of the transaction, providing valid transaction references and bank statements.

  • Verification & Processing Timeline

Upon formal verification by our technical and finance team alongside the authorized payment gateway partner, verified duplicate amounts (strictly excluding third-party gateway processing charges, convenience fees, and applicable taxes) may be refunded solely at the absolute discretion of the Foundation management within 15 to 21 working days.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by, construed, and enforced strictly in accordance with the substantive and procedural laws of the Republic of India.

  • Binding Arbitration & Venue

Any dispute, financial claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to payments, refunds, or financial transactions shall be referred to and finally resolved by Binding Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a Sole Arbitrator appointed exclusively by the management of the Foundation. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
