SECTION 12:Force Majeure & Limitation of Liability

  • Exclusion of Liability

    The Foundation, its trustees, officers, employees, and technological partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from unauthorized data breaches caused by cyber-attacks, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) incidents, malware, or events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).

  • Liability Cap

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of the Foundation for any claim arising out of data handling or portal usage shall be strictly capped at the exact administrative fee paid by the user (maximum ₹500/-).

For all matters escaping arbitration, exclusive and special judicial jurisdiction shall vest solely and exclusively with the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
